When looking for suppliers of the finest sausage, our team at Forked went in search of proven quality. Never more have the public been concerned about the quality and provenance of the food they consume, and rightly so! How many miles has it travelled to get to my plate? Green beans from Guatemala? Really?

Keeping it local keeps it simple; it keeps the process easy and delivers quality. And Street Food is all about quality. If it's quality you're after all our pork sausages are made from the piggies from Cameron & Muriel Naughton at Bisphops Cannings, Pig Producers of the Year 2015; made into sausages by the Meat Trades Journal Butchers' Shop of the Year 2017, Walter Rose of Devizes!
